Overall, the image of Sri Emas had been improving and encouraging since January 2013.
Great location with manay new high end buildings (Warisan Merdeka, BBCC, The Robertson, Plaza Rakyat) are going to be completing in these few years + MRT, will be added advantages to this Condo, where all these are within short walking distance.
Overall, this Condo is a great place to stays (CBD) and invests which currently price tag at RM500/sqft. I believe it will be going for RM1K at least within next 2-3 years, if Managmenet team are maintain efficiency.
I have been staying this Condo 2 years ago, and at that time, I bought at price tag @RM330/sqft.

This condo is located within the city centre, closed to transportation, shopping, foods & office hubs. A great place to stays, and moving around the city and states make it easier. Nice place for long stays as well as short term leisures.
Nice place to stays. Very close to city centre, such as Bukit Bintang and Pudu. Security to be improved further would be a plus point. Overall very good place to stays and unit sizes are above 1000 sqft which difficult to find at the city areas
Worth for investment and stays. Walking distance to Bukit Bintang, Pudu and Merdeka Park. Security need to be improved. Overall GOOD!! Has been stays here for years.
