As a tenant, I have lived in Subang Parkhomes for nearly 3 years! Gonna renew my tenancy again since I couldn't find any environment more peaceful & lower density in the location, the landscape is just so nice & soothing to walk around! I truly enjoy the green and fresh air breeze as well the morning bird singing & night insect sound, as if I live in the nature apart from the busy crowded city place! My friends would admire me & one of them would move in soon. Cheers!
Subang Parkhomes is the "Hidden jewel" in Subang SS19; an exclusive development which consist of low rise low density villas & condos. The whole development consist of only 478 units in about 10 acres of freehold land. All blocks are having great landscape or open greenery view. The only disadvantage may be the Block F which has an oxidation pond behind the stand alone building. However it's least of the concern since the Subang SS19 bungalows has been few decades surronded the oxidarion pond without complaints. Being the only development with a huge landscaping of resort style facilities in Subang Jaya for 100,000sf, i.e. about 2.4 acres of area, with beautiful landscaping and a feature pond with 3 islands at the center. And together with a club house with a floating terrace; an open cabana surrounded with beautiful fountains and water features. Away from the commercial area and with the great surrounding of greens, the living environment is serene, one can always enjoy the fresh air and stay close to the beautiful natures. The location is strategic for easy access to highways, just a loop turn and less than 5 mins, one can reach Subang Jaya townships with all the amenities such as The Empire Mall, Subang Parade and Carrefour, Sime Darby Subang medical Center, Inti College; It has direct access to Federal highway towards PJ, KL, Shah Alam or Glenmerie. Using NPE, one can reach Sunway in less than 10 mins; as well to Puchong and OUG, in just about 15 mins driving distance
There will be few days in a month that you can smell the "shit" from the nearby sewage treatment pond. New neighbors move into the unit above me. Their footsteps are very loud until we knocked their door. But we found that they already wearing soft indoor home slippers. So, it is the developers' construction issues. My unit is about 2 years old, all the pipe in all bathroom were rusted. Lastly, in one day you will heard few loud banging noise even in the mid-night. I suspect the banging noise were the pipe knocking sound. How could all this happen for the condominium that sale at almost 1 mil and above? I feel lucky that I rent first before I decide to buy it.....
Titijaya, is one of the worse developer and they are just out there to make money..
